The Novell Solution Provider Program is designed to provide us with certified and trusted partners to implement, configure, and resell Novell's software. We are the first company in the Pittsburgh Metro region to become a Novell SuSE Linux Solution Partner. We show our commitment to our customers by constantly updating our certifications to Novell SuSE Linux. This allows us to provide the latest technologies in implementing SuSE Linux solutions. Solution Partner Certification for SuSE Linux requires engineers to pass a rigorous online test in which the engineer must login to a remote server through a slow online connection and perform various tasks. This is not a Q & A test and perhaps is why so few have been able to pass. This partnership gives us the full support of Novell to resolve our customer's problems. We are there for you (24/6) and on Sunday for emergency support alongside full Novell Support. Check and see if your support provider is certified before signing with them. But you do not have to worry with us. We already have them.
